Yes. Fast track speeds up the queue, it does not replace a visa. You still need an e-visa, approval letter or visa-free entry.
Which airports have fast track and how much is it?
Tan Son Nhat, Noi Bai, Da Nang, Phu Quoc and Cam Ranh. Standard fast track starts at $29 per person ($32 on arrival at Tan Son Nhat). VIP is $49 per person, on arrival or departure. Add $5 per person for flights between 22:00 and 08:00.
