We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the Government of Vietnam. Visas are issued solely by the Vietnam Immigration Department. You may apply directly at evisa.gov.vn for the government fee only.
2. Our service
We check your application details and documents, submit your e-visa application to Vietnam Immigration on your behalf, follow up on its status and send you the result. For urgent services, we request faster processing within the time windows published on our pricing page.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must provide information that is true, complete and matches your passport.
- You are responsible for checking the issued e-visa as soon as you receive it and telling us about any error before you travel.
- You must meet all entry requirements, including passport validity of at least 6 months.
4. Fees and payment
Prices are shown in USD on our pricing page. The standard e-visa price includes the government fee. Urgent and emergency prices exclude the government fee, which is added separately. Some nationalities pay a surcharge. Payment is due before we submit your application.
5. Refusals and refunds
The decision to grant or refuse a visa is made only by Vietnam Immigration. Fees are payable whether the application is approved or refused, and are not refunded once your application has been submitted. If you cancel before we submit your application, contact us and we will [refund policy for cancellations before submission].
6. Processing times
Processing times are estimates based on normal conditions. Delays caused by Vietnam Immigration, public holidays, system outages or incomplete information are outside our control.
7. Amendments
Corrections to an issued e-visa are offered for entry via international airports, at the prices on our pricing page, and are subject to approval by Vietnam Immigration.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the service fee you paid us. We are not responsible for travel costs, missed flights or other losses resulting from a refusal, delay, or incorrect information provided by you.
