Why I started this
The official e-visa portal is fine when everything goes right. When it doesn't, travellers are on their own: a typo in a passport number, a photo that gets rejected, a flight that's in three days and an application that's still "in processing". I started Vietnam Visa with Paul so that there's a real person on the other end who checks things before they go wrong and answers when you message.
How I work
- I check every application myself. Every field is compared with your passport, and every photo is checked before submission.
- I'm honest about whether you need me. If your passport lets you enter visa-free, I'll tell you. If you're confident applying on the official portal, I'll tell you that too.
- Clear prices. The government fee and my fee are shown separately. No surprises at checkout.
- You can reach me. WhatsApp or email, 8am–10pm Vietnam time, 7 days a week.
Independent service. Vietnam Visa with Paul is not affiliated with the Government of Vietnam. Visas are issued only by the Vietnam Immigration Department. You can apply yourself at evisa.gov.vn.
